You can download the latest source code archive from here, or use this git command:

git clone https://github.com/BhallaLab/moose.git

cd moose

sudo -E ./update-repository

sudo -E ./install-dependencies-on-debian (as name suggested this list is test only for Debian)

make clean

./build-moose-core (build moose core)

./build-moose (build both moose core and moogli)

./build-moogli (build both moogli)
