The NSDF is based on HDF5 and is a portable and self-descriptive way to store simulation output. # LICENSE MOOSE is released under GPLv3. # HOMEPAGE http://moose.ncbs.res.in/ # SOURCE REPOSITORY https://github.com/BhallaLab/moose https://sourceforge.net/projects/moose/ # ARCHITECTURES Linux: 32 bit and 64 bit (preferred) Ubuntu (12.04 and later), Fedora 20 to 22 CentOS 6 and 7, RHEL 7, OpenSuse 13.1, 13.2, Factory ARM Scientific Linux 7 SLE 12 MacOs: Via MacPorts and Brew, waiting for ports to merge: 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 Windows: Core code only, no 3-D graphics: Works on CygWin Best Wishes The Moose team, Upi Bhalla, Harsha Rani, Aviral Goel, Dilawar Singh, Aditya Gilra, Niraj Dudhani, Subhasis Ray.
